No stains Fits age 2-4T pretty good depending on how long or short you want it. Picture shows 4 year old modeling it (so it fits her short to the waist). But I used it on my 2 year old at the time so it fit more like a long shirt. This outfit is super cute with bloomers as the bottoms! If cold, simply wear a long sleeve tan shirt under the pebbles costume and that will key them heated without taking away from the pebbles look.
