The pieces are sterling silver (as labeled in the box) with an individual white pearl mounted in each. The pearls may be real saltwater/cultured pearls, but are not noted on the pieces or in the box. Each piece has a textured wood grain appearance with black enamel accents.The blue box is wrapped in linen-like fabric with metal gold tone trim and topped with a plastic white with gold Swank crown logo.
