More information about 1940’s-1950’s? Buick bombsight, bullseye hood ornament

I am not able to pin point the year specifically as in my research I haven’t found this exact ornament. I do believe it is for the loadmaster. Condition is fair to poor I would say due to the extreme pitting on the circular ring as shown in the photo. Light pitting on the rest of it, chrome still shines, but highly likely would need re chroming and repair to the extreme pitting. Has original mounting hardware.
