This colorful flag has been among my grandmother's possessions for so long I was surprised to see that it was fabricated in Dover, Delaware, and not China, like so many store-bought products are today. It is brand-new and features a parrot in a tropical scene with the words It's 5 O'Clock Somewhere (giving a nod to Jimmy Buffet here, lol).Please note that the affixed cardboard is VERY worn and heavily creased due to its age but the flag remains new and unused within.
