A lovely 1930's/40's Victorian Revival metal framed/tapestry cloth coin purse featuring 18th century scene of courtly love. The frame features a subtle Atr Deco detail and kiss top closure. Red fabric interior and black satin back. 5" at widest point and 3 1/2" tall. In good vintage condition with some wear to the cloth and some minor metal issue. A incredibly special little purse in good working order.
