Comes with a brand fresh valve installed and a freshly replaced 12mm. x 2.2mm. flint along with 5x additional replacement flints (12mm. x 2.2mm. each). It is the maximum allowable length that can be put in these Bics. It'll last a incredibly long time as long as you're capable of replacing the flints.
