Retractable dip pen

Pen is in nice shape and operates smoothly. I believe these would have typically had a good nib but some one replaced it along the way. There is a random marking I cannot make out on the left (look at pictures of the ballpoint) near a name plate. There is also a “4” on the right side of the name plate. Unknown maker. faultless for everyday use. first-class materials and excellent craftsmanship ensure long-lasting durability.
