There are 80-100 fresh fruits per kilogram, an average single fruit weights 11.53 grams. The fruit stalk is purple-black, large and convex, 4-6 mm wide and 4-7 mm high, and each fruit stalk has a degenerate flower bud. The core is small and crisp, the flesh is thick and firm, and it tastes sweet and sour. The edible rate of the fruit is 94%, containing 13.4% soluble solids, and 51.57 mg of vitamin C per 100 ml of juice. It has low water content and is resistant to storage and transportation.
