highly misuse Lemon Oil. Lemon Oil should be used to clean your guitar, not as a conditioner. Over time, the oils in lemon oil will clog the pores of your fretboard and cause it to dry out more. When using Lemon Oil, a little goes a long way, and always wipe off any excess. Most Lemon oils are made with a collection of synthetic oils and Lemon Essence with Solvents. Over time the solvents will destroy the wood of your instrument. My Oils are created from the rinds of organically local grown Lemons, giving it enough acidity to break down dirt on your instrument.
