Vintage Colonial Style Ceramic Creamer Toby Jug Vase

Vintage Colonial style ceramic creamer/Toby jug/vase, in the shape of a 18th-19th Century gentleman. Measures 3-1/2” tall. The number 3421 is incised at the base of the jug on the back. There is some type of company name on the bottom, but it is illegible. The back of his coat has a tiny paint chip, near the bottom on the right side. The inside bottom of the jug has much crazing and is quite dirty. I tried removing the dirt with mild dish soap, but very little came off. No other chips, cracks or crazing.
